The National Dairy Show 2018 is set to take place from 9am-6pm on the 20th of October in the Green Glens, Millstreet, Cork for its 34th year. EASYFIX New Cubicle Designs on Display at the National Dairy Show

EASYFIX has recently launched a new range of cow cubicles, which include the calm, siesta and dream. We will be showcasing the calm & dream designs at this year’s National Dairy Show

EASYFIX Calm is a cow cubicle system with a straight flexible arm, design for use in conjunction with a mat or mattress, deep litter beds and sand type systems.

EASYFIX Dream is a new cow cubicle system with a two-bend design for use in conjunction with a cow mat or mattress type system.

The revolutionary EASYFIX Cow Cubicle delivers the freedom of the outdoors-indoors and is proven to maximise cow comfort, improve safety and increase performance. Since the launched of the EASYFIX Cubicle in 2009 we have sold 250,000 cubicles in 40 countries across the globe. The addition of the flexible rubber loop in 2014 has been a major success transforming the cubicle into the ‘Safest and most comfortable cow cubicle in the world’. Our flexible cubicle system accommodates the size of each cow, encourages cows to lie correctly and for longer periods. EASYFIX Phoenix

The EASYFIX Phoenix is a cubicle mattress that offers superior comfort. The natural resting position of the cow is supported by the soft lying area within the mat. The mattress has a 25mm layer of latex foam and is interlocking on two sides with a sloped profile at the rear edge. It is specifically designed to increase cow comfort & welfare. it is suitable for all cubicle sizes and DIY installation. It also offers a 10-year warranty.

EASYFIX Slat Rubber

EASYFIX SR Slat Rubber

Our award-winning Slat Rubber System was designed to improve the comfort, welfare and performance of cows housed on concrete slats. Our new reinforced design has a high grip profile and 8-year warranty. The cushioning effect of the rubber increases standing times at the feed fence which results in higher feed intake and increased milk production. The unique design features a high grip diamond surface, with a sloped profile and ribbed undersurface.

EASYFIX SDR Slat Rubber

Our SDR Slat Rubber system is a newly designed softer, sloped option. Both the EASYFIX SR Slat Rubber and the EASYFIX SDR Slat Rubber come complete with an 8 year warranty.
