Rubber Flooring Solutions

EASYFIX provide an extensive range of rubber matting solutions for use in Dairy, Beef & Veal housing units. We have rubber mats specifically designed for use in areas such as walkways, feed lanes and milking parlours.

Milking Parlour Matting

Rubber Matting in the milking parlour offers a superior grip versus concrete. The cushioning advantage of rubber offers particular benefits to lame cows as pressure on the sole is reduced. The correct positioning of rubber can also encourage cows to move from the collecting yard into the parlour thereby further speeding up the milking process

Improving cow comfort in this area will not only help to reduce lameness but will also improve cow flow and could thereby reduce milking times. View our range of matting for the parlour here.

Feedlane & Walkway Matting

Rubber matting in walkways and feedlanes has been proven to reduce instances of lameness and improve cow flow. By installing matting at the feeding ares, it encourages longer standing times at the feed fence which leads to higher feed intakes and results in higher milk yields in Dairy cows and Increased weight gain in Beef Cattle. We have specially designed matting for each of these areas with the goal of increasing cow comfort and overall performance.
