The Irish Farmers Journal Dairy Day is taking place at the Punchestown Event and Exhibition Centre in Kildare on Tuesday the 20th of November from 9 am – 5 pm. Our Team of Dairy Experts will be attending on the day, you can locate the EASYFIX stand just inside the main entrance at D59.

EASYFIX Dream is a new cubicle system with a two-bend design for use in conjunction with a cow mat or mattress type system.

EASYFIX Calm is a cubicle system with a straight flexible arm, design for use in conjunction with a mat or mattress, deep litter beds and sand type systems.

EASYFIX Feed Barrier System Launches at Dairy Day 2018

Our latest innovation the EASYFIX Evolve is a pioneering advance in animal feed systems that optimise cow welfare and performance. It is the first of its kind to be brought to market. The Evolve is a feed barrier system designed by our in-house product development team to extend the cows reach. The unique design also provides safe access and egress for farm workers. Benefits include providing better access to feed due to the increased reach of animals and Eliminating injuries and marks which are traditionally associated with steel barriers, therefore leading to a reduction in stress. The Evolve comes with a 5-year warranty.

EASYFIX Phoenix

The EASYFIX Phoenix is a cubicle mattress which provides a superior level of cow comfort. The natural resting position of the cow is supported by the soft lying area within the mat. The cow cubicle mattress has a 25mm layer of latex foam. It is interlocking on two sides with a sloped profile at the rear edge. Benefits include increasing cow comfort whilst increasing welfare and overall performance. The Phoenix comes with a 10-year warranty.

The EASYFIX Libra I  is an interlocking cow cubicle mat which provides cow comfort at a very competitive price. EASYFIX SR Slat Rubber

Our award-winning Slat Rubber System was designed to improve the comfort, welfare and performance of cows housed on concrete slats. Our new reinforced design has a high grip profile and 8-year warranty. The cushioning effect of the rubber increases standing times at the feed fence which results in higher feed intake and increased milk production. The unique design features a high grip diamond surface, with a sloped profile and ribbed undersurface.

EASYFIX SDR Slat Rubber
