Job Description – Business Development Executive

The Business Development Executive will support the European Sales Director to deliver ambitious sales growth in the region. This is an exciting opportunity, for the right candidate to become part of EASYFIX‘s globally successful team. The successful candidate will support our existing sales network and develop new dealers in key geographical territories.  The candidate may be located in Germany or Holland.

The candidate:

  • The successful candidate must have a proven track record in sales to the agriculture sector, preferably with experience of beef, dairy or veal production systems.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in sales and business development, dealing directly with customers to develop and support a dealer network.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets and business development goals.
  • Monitor and gather up to date marketplace information on pricing, existing and new products, delivery schedules etc.
  • Demonstrate strong networking, organisational, prospecting and motivational skills.
  • Must be currently working or residing in Germany or Holland in a similar role.

Qualifications & experience:

  • Fluent verbal and written English, German or Dutch.
  • 4-5 years sales or business development experience in the agriculture industry.
  • Full clean driver’s license.
  • Travel within the region, including overnight travel required.
  • International travel may be required from time to time.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office and CRM.
